Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the exact same condition that you received it, including the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Items sent back to us without first contacting us regarding the return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately through our contact form or via info@dahlyolives.com
We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost to the customer.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, once opened. Therefore the olive oil and za'atar must be unopened to be illegible for return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item in accordance with our return policy and place a new order once the return has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must remain unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will automatically be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
